Dear Prospective Employee,

Thank you for your interest in working for Marietta Wrecker Service. In order to ensure that your application will not be overlooked the following must be completed:

1. Driver Applicants Only:
   1. You must complete the work history for the past 10 years.
   2. Completed Safety Performance History Records Request.
   3. A copy of your 7 year MVR.
   4. A copy of your current Georgia driver’s license.
   5. A copy of your current DOT Physical Card if you have one.
2. Office Applicants Only:
   1. Completed application with references.
   2. A copy of your current driver’s license.

When your application is completed you will turn it back in at 950 Allgood Road in Marietta.
